If you agree to the terms and conditions stated below, press the "Agree" button. Otherwise, press "Cancel".

In order to use these forums, users are required to provide a username, password and e-mail address. Stamp Community Forums does not share, sell, lend, or otherwise make any of your information available to anyone ever, unless required (subpeona or similar instrument) by law. However, neither the Administrators of these forums, or the Moderators participating, are responsible for the privacy practices of any user. Keep in mind that these boards are not private. If you post any of your information on these boards it will be available to the general public. Any user who finds material posted by another user objectionable is encouraged to contact us via e-mail. We are authorized by you to remove or modify any data submitted by you to these forums for any reason we feel constitutes a violation of our policies, whether stated, implied or not.

Emails: You may receive periodic emails from Stamp Community Forums. These will not contain advertising. They will be sent out only to advise you of updates, additions, or changes to the site. I cannot see it ever being more than 1 email a week, but more than likely, with much less frequency.

This site may contain links to other web sites and files. We have no control over the content and can not ensure it will not be offensive or objectionable. We will, however, remove links to material that we feel is inappropriate as we become aware of them.

These forums give users an option for changing and modifying information that they provide in their profile:

Users can login with their username and password to change any information in their profile.

Cookies must be turned on in your browser to participate as a user in these forums. Cookies are used here to hold your username and password and viewing options, allowing you to login.

In your use of these forums, you agree that you will not post any information which is vulgar, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws. You also agree that you will read and understand all the forum rules before posting.

If you do agree with the rules and policies stated in this agreement, and meet the criteria stated herein, proceed to press the "Agree" button below, otherwise press "Cancel".

Very Important

In order to complete the registration you must be able to receive an email from forums@stampcommunity.org. You must follow the link in the email to complete registration. Please put this address on your "allowed list" if needed. Mark it as "not spam" if needed. Otherwise you will not be able to complete registration. Please do this before proceeding to ensure a smooth registration.

Approval Forms (such as Earthlink uses)

If your email client automatically sends out a form for approval, you will not be able to register. The forum software cannot fill out forms. You must make sure forums@stampcommunity.com will be able to get through before you press agree.

AOL Users

AOL is notorious for bouncing your emails without your knowledge. AOL email is a webmasters nightmare. If you don't believe this, read this thread. Believe me, it happens all the time. You must be sure you can receive the registration email.

What to do if you don't receive your registration email within an hour or so.

Very simple, contact us using the contact us link in the left menu of any page.
