Great Blood's locals on cover. There are a lot of local forgeries on the market and on cover use greatly reduces the possibility that it is a forgery. I've never seen the Henry Clay before today.

Does this qualify as a Guatemala local? As far as I know, Interlogistic (sticker with bar code) is not a part of the Guatemalan PO. This one is pasted over the France postage but that is not usually the case.  |
