My trip to the Ameristamp Expo in Atlanta was a great trip. The high point was meeting new friends. But, and without a doubt, my purchase of the day was Dr. Chase' book on the 1851-1857 Three Cent issue and Mr. Ashbrook's (Signed) 2 volume book on the 1851-1857 One Cent issue. I have started reading these books and have yet to learn a thing! I'm still too amazed at the details and too busy looking at the tables and the pictures to have anything soak in. Its going to be a long read.
