I was pretty pleased to put my hands on this MNH imperf. Only 11.57$ + free shipping.

It's the only imperf with gum in the serie.

It has also been printed 100 000 times vs the 200 or 400 for the other denominations (1, 5, 7 and 10 cents). No wonder why it was so cheap.

The right one is lower than the left one..like we see on jump strips sometimes...Assume it is normal for there to be mis-aligned?

I don't know if it's normal, but I did a search on ebay, similar miss-aligned copies are also for sale.
