it's a "cut out" from what? maybe a pre-imprinted form of postal stationary? does anybody have a Stanley Gibbons number? i'm confused?

Note-i am entering a postcard pre-imprinted denmark sc #62.this is postal stationary from denmark.i can only make reference to sc #62 as the pre-imprinted stamp on the postcard upload.

Gibbons doesn't list postal stationery, as far as I know.

It is probably a cut out from a 1925 wrapper . I only have the Michel number which is S28(streifband 28)Kind regards, Johan.

The quickest way to tell the difference between a cut-out and a stamp is to feel the paper thickness. Hold one corner of a stamp and "flick" it against your thumb. Do the same with your mystery stamp and you should notice a difference in the feel of it. I'm not familiar with what kind of paper they used on Danish stamps, but the paper itself may very well have a different texture between and stamp and a cut-out from a wrapper. Look at the back, preferably in slightly oblique light.

in this case, there doesn't exist a 10Ýre green wavy line surcharged 7Ýre as a single stamp, perforated or not. I don't own a scott catalogue, so I don't know what the number refers to.

there is however an 8Ýre surcharged 7Ýre, is it possible you're looking at that?

Section of the catalogue which shows the 1926 Denmark overprinted Newspare wrapper issue. Unfortunatly not a complete example is shown, but I believe it to be clear enough. I am not familiar with al the different subnumbers mentioned but it is about a S28 streifband Denmark. So the original post shows us a cut out. Johan.
