Question about Scott 632 possible b.

The description for Scott 632 b. has "Vert. pair" as one of the notes. Below are two sets of three. Three Vertical used, no gum, never hinged stamps.

Do these guys count as a 632b or just the 632? Thanks so much!

Isn't 632b supposed to be imperf between. These aren't?
