I have been collecting stamps since I was 5. I am now 78. I have a gigantic collection, probably mostly junk, but I do have some gems. I collect every country focus on Europe, and particularly France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, UK In the course of my collecting, I probably bought up 2 -300 collections, and never threw anything away. I have a special room in my house called the Stamp Room. Most of the good stuff in my collection is in Schaubek Hingless Albums (75) or Lighthouse (Lichtturm) hingeless(probably about 10 I have a massive number of albums from collections I bought which I kept to put my duplicates in (haven't quite got around to it all, however.) No one in my house likes stamp collecting, especally my wife. My daughter, who lives in an apartment in my house less than a week ago, started showing interest in my collection, to my great delight. I am hoping my daughter's interest picks up, since I so enjoy having someone to talk to about collecting. She found your site (obviously much younger than me) and recommended I try it. So here I am.
