Advanced knowledge ZC,
I know of only one man who has attempted it,
and that was back in the 1970's.
Not sure where he published...maybe seven seas
I'll kick around in my hard drive and see if I have anything.

Stampway, I think you're also a member of Stampboards. If you try a search on 'perfin' and the name of the State, you should find a fair bit of material there.

Many thanks Rod for your time and these great information . I have tried that link but unfortunately could not open it in China, if you can quote some information of WA from there, I will send you that auction in totally free if you still take the lead to the end.

Yes Tony, I am also a member named stampway on StampBoards, for Australia information I always begin from there, last night I have searched but using "perforated with initial of States" as a keywords, only got few results. Today I used your way as keywords and got 600+ results on there, will continue to learn in the next few days.

Thanks again Rod and Tony for your time and helps.

Please No ZC, I wish to pay..really.

The link does not open to details ZC, one has to purchase the

(too expensive for me)

By all means post images of any you have queries on
