If you can get all the data to fit on one screen you can do a screen shot and save as a picture, then upload as you would an image.

If you straight cut and paste you get this:

Country Cat Mint Used
Zanzibar 100 10.00 20.00
Zanzibar 101 50.00 55.00

But after you paste it if you highlight it and press the code button above ( # ), you get this:

Country	Cat	Mint	Used
Zanzibar	100	10.00	20.00
Zanzibar	101	50.00	55.00
