My father has been a truck driver for around 30 years and my grandfather was one until he retired. I thought it would be neat to see all the different types of Semi Trucks depicted on stamps. Maybe I'll start a collection and give it to him for father's day.

The link provided above didn't go very far with trucks on stamps but did mention the "Philatelic Truck" souvenir sheet, so I thought I'd post a copy. While it wasn't a big rig, it was still an interesting vehicle nonetheless...sadly it got put into storage during the Depression years and rotted away to nothing more than scrap metal, so I understand:

I had forgotten about the 3 cent anniversary stamp. I do have a some of the 10 cent coils, that I've used on some of my Route 66 covers.
