I post few, and I couldn't find them back.
What I am looking for is how can I make new stamps album.
If somebody responded my post, can I be notified automatically by email like in Coin Forum?

If you click on your login name it will bring you back to the last 8-10 post made by you. There is also an option there to search all post you have made or replied to. In order to subscribe to a topic the option is just under your login name titled topic subscription.
