Hi!
Those stamps are from the Nazi period KGL BAYER STAATSEISENB 40 PFENNIG. I don't posses any additional information, anyone?

Those are Bavarian railway stamps, issued between 1904-1920. They are not postage, per se, they are revenue stamps. There were 52 different stamps issued during that period, you can find more information at http://alphabetilately.com/TOC/parcels-4.html#GER . Someone has a set available for auction elsewhere, but the picture they used is:

These aren't listed in my Michel German specialised. No idea why.
