Guys, What Can You Tell Me About These?

I've been replacing the paper envelopes for plastics ones, would that be a good practice?
I think they are better preserved that way, but you are the experts, please let me know.

I have also these already on ebay, just to make a test ans see how it goes


and what can you tell me about this one?

Welcome to the forum.

There are several trains of thought here. For me, the paper ones would be better simply because stamps have to breathe. Plastic bags 'may' cause sweating which could cause stains or oxidation later on down the line (?). The plastic ones you are referring to are ok for short periods of time but I would not suggest, in my opinion anyway, to keep stamps in them permanently.

Bob, as Bujutsu says plastic can be a potential problem for stamps. You live in Panama which is hot and humid so be careful in storing your stamps.

The second stamp you scanned is Scott # 968. My 2010 Scott catalogue shows the used value at $0.20. It has a nice CDS.

My apologies for not giving you the numbers and CV for the stamps you showed. I guess I was more concerned about the preservation of the stamps more than anything
