Ok, I have more stamps about Hundertwasser. I have first one issued in Worldwide Cuba 1967 1 cent: La noche de la bebedora.

This stamp is from Salon de Mayo set.

In 2004 on another Newsgroup
a lass and friend of ours by the name of Mette Heindorff
made a lovely page link of Hundertwasser.
She was also a big fan.

Sadly Mette is no longer with us,
and her pages seemed to have disappeared

In another group that I attend I just heard that Hundertwasser -- whose
original family name was Stowasser - constructed his rather weird artistic
name directly from the Slavic word "sto", meaning "hundred". Pretty
original thinking for making up a name :-)

As an aside Ausria will issue a new Hundertwasser-stamp, presumably in
October this year. I have seen a preview, but don't know much about the
details. It will appear on my Hundertwasser-pages when released.

I find the stamp images very appealing,
but his architecture! No straight lines.
I couldn't bear that, I like things orderly. :)
