What about "dog attacks on stamps"???
I know of a couple of stamps at least where the dog has the postman by the trousers!

I checked my database and I had 41 stamps regarding Lint....
but I am sure you were suggesting Naval Lint :)
I had none of those.

I'm sure that someone with exceptional eyesight (perhaps Superman) could spot the lint on this French stamp from 2000 (part of SG MS3687):
