Saw this guy on Ebay and really liked the illustration so I picked it up for a few dollars.

I believe the message that the penguin was tapping out read something like "getting cold down here... send more fish"

Great topic I have a couple of albums of penquins on stamp and covers..lately I am collecting covers from the active Argentine Antarctic bases..i think there are eight of them !

Ernest Shackletons crew lived on penquin for 20 months until he returned to rescue them...how the heck did they cook them on a barren island....i wonder if any of them picked up a prefernce for penquin(greasy) afterwards..probably most did not !!
