I have a Scott catalogue #48, 6d, watermark 10, in chalky blue, but apparently Die II, [the left inside frame line without a break], not Die III which is the only one listed in that colour. Is this variety known in Australia?

You would need to consult the ACSC catalog (Australian Commonwealth Specialist catalog) Perhaps someone here has one ?
