Collectors of old Germany and forerunners have lots of neat cancels to seek out. One of them is the horseshoe, or Hufeisenstempel.

While not rare, these seem to have an avid following in German philatelic circles. This particular example is Coeln/Cologne on a North German stamp. It has a jaunty pair of posthorn ornaments. Some have no ornaments, while others have various fleurons.

Have any to share?

That looks like Berlin, I'd guess?

I've been finding a few resources in German, but am still looking for a nice resource in English.

AFAIK, there isn't a really good resource in English. Spalink's Die Deutschen Hufeisenstempel is the gold standard reference, but it's in German.

An excellent online resource is at http://www.hufeisenstempel.de/. I believe the proprietor of the site is also responsible for this excellent exhibit.

On the website, if you click on the Index, you are presented with a list of cities. The page of each city includes links to examples of horseshoe postmarks of that city at various periods of time. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of examples.
