Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

Mavlavi Allahdad Balkhi, President of Post of the Afghanistan Postal Administration, has declared that "the stamps which have been printed after year 1989 are false stamps." This stamps has been condemned as unauthorized by the Afghan Ministry of Communications.

Tom, nice variety and selection of stamps. You've got some great material here. Looking forward to seeing more!

Oh, and I've got to say, terrific scans as well. Very clear. That's what we like to see!

An after thought Tom. Are those 'unauthorized' stamps CTO? I agree with Phil, it would be interesting if you found one on an envelope.

I had gotten them in a lot of about 1,500 World Wide Stamps from E-Bay.
Thank you for the scan commit But my true scans are of higher quality that I keep for cataloging {600 DPI}. I have to down grade them or scan at 50 DPI to be able to input them here on the post due to the 100KB limit. Too bad we could not get that size to 200 KB we could get even better scans. But thank you again.
