I have a couple of USA precancelled stamps with perforated initials (Perfins).

Does anyone on SCF collect these?

I collect them. Some are easier to identify than others. Post examples and we'll try to help you identify them.

I collect them on the pre-1920 stamps. There is a very good catalog for these [with up to date pricing] by John Randall.

I believe the "LB" precancel is Lehman Brothers, the financial services firm. Not sure about "BB". Maybe someone else on SCF can help you to identify it.

LB= Lane Bryant
BB= user unknown, altho it is a common item, no cover has ever been found identifying the user

Thanks for that correction. I never realized "LB" was Lane Bryant before now.
