A couple of US airmail covers picked up today.
The first a first day cover for UC18 with slogan cancel from American Air Mail Society - Convention Station and a very pretty balloon cachet.

The other is C25 with a United States Airmail Service via Helicopter, First Flight, Chicago Area. Another cancel on the reverse is from Chicago Ill A.M.F. (Air Mail Field)

Again, great covers james.

I got the covers scanned here in a trade about two years ago and plan to mount these in my US airmail album to enhance the pages.

I sure love this forum because everything under the sun can show up in here
