I am trying to figure out this cover. Is this a FDC for scott 932, an in memoriam cover for the death of Roosevelt, or an inauguration Truman cover.

This Ludwig W. Staehle cover is both a death and Inaugural cover and an unofficial FDC of the Roosevelt stamp.Hope that this info helps.

Very nice cover. I do find it interesting that a cover
was created AND postmarked on the date of death.

I wouldn't be surprised if the cachet was added later, an "of the period" designation would apply. But not to much later maybe a few days to a week?

ANZAC Day is about Gallipoli ,iirc? I'll go and reaquaint myself with the Australian and New Zealand stamps that I have.

The Washington Press (makers of the Artcraft cachets) has this "offer" listed on their website. In my opinion, it's overpriced, but even still, it seems as though the cover and cachet you scanned may have some significant value:
