Here is a nice example of a U.S. E6 on cover sent from Washington Dc to New York. Sent Mar 14 1910

I bought this cover from Uhlers stamp shop in Manassas VA now out of business. I have also found a few at estate sales and antique markets. I payed two dollars at the time I thought it was a bargin then
