"Archive for German Postal History"

My club is giving away a complete collection of these books. I brought a couple of them home to examine. These books are very well done. They are filled with photographs, illustrations, charts, maps and of course German postal history. They had to be very expensive to publish.

I intend to grab the remaining books despite the fact they are written in German.

Has anyone here ever seen these books? Are they available in English?

Any more information would be welcome!

I've seen a few. They're published by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Post- und Telekommunikationsgeschichte e.V. (German Society for Post- and Telecommunications History). Up until 1994 they were just postal history, but they added telecommunications in 1995.

Here's a complete list, with some back issues available for sale. As far as I know, they aren't available in English.
