I have a question about this cover included in Incorruptibleid's post of first day covers. Due to the length of that thread, I thought it appropriate to create a new one on this subject only:

Here's is a blow up of the cover included in one of the albums:



Now I did read the story of this so-called "tongue-in-cheek" micronation established on April 23, 1982 at this link, but I have been unable to find any information on what appears to be local post issued stamps printed for the same event:

Does anyone have any further information about this little published piece of postal history from 1982?
