French 10c Stamp Is It Rare ?

I have 10c french stamps I cant find it anywhere I've seen the same stamp but it is a 80c stamp not 10c

could it be an error ?

It looks like the 1903-1938 10c rose (Scott 138). The 2009 catalog value for that stamp in used condition was $.40.

You are asking a lot of questions regarding your individual stamps. That's okay, but after awhile people may stop helping you if you don't do your own homework. I suggest you find a library and check out the stamp catalogs, if you don't have one, you could purchase a stamps of the world catalog on Amazon, you can get them pretty cheaply as a number of them are used library books.

Whats wrong with helping ?

A Question asked about a stamp on a stamp collecting forum will not just answer my Question but maybe answer many other peoples Question regarding the same stamp.
