Could anyone help me id this stamp. Have searched for it in the net but to no avail. Thanks for the assistance.

In my old Stanley Gibbons catalouge, it is listed as SG#190 if it is yellow-green or SG#190a for blue-green. It looks more blue-green to me, but colours can be different on computer screens. These are from Austria 1917 - 1918.

Pictured is the ill fated (some might say hapless) Emperor Karl I, son of Franz Josef, who couldn't hold onto the empire after WWI.
