Britain issue KGV 2 1/2d with o/p of 1 piastre. Have been searching in the net and found this stamps were issued 1904-1912.The British KGV with piastre o/p were used in a few countries mainly middle east. How can I pinpoint exactly the year of issue of this stamp and the country it was used in. The postmark (image 2) states only as British Post Office. Thanks for the advise and opinions guys.

The "British Post Office" cancel says "Constantinople" (Turkey) at the bottom.

Year of issue, 1906, perf 14, value 20 cents, OR 1913, perf 15 x 14, value $3. I can't quite see the year on the cancel to know which you have. Also it's King Edward VII, not George V.

These stamps of King Edward printed by Harrison and Son or at Somerset House were surcharged in black in 1911
