Here I have first day cover of the 80th birthday issue of Pope John XXIII stamps 25th november 1961 issued by the vatican city.

When I was a kid for a school project the class had to write a letter to the Vatican, Our school teach was a stamp collector, well it was address to the post master of the Vatican city asking for some stamps. A couple of months later we all got letters back with covers similar to yours, I believe the Vatican still will send you a letter covered in stamps if you ask them, Wish I still had them lol |

Must be 61 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_John_XXIIIHe was born in 1881 so 1961 would be his 80Th, It just looks a lot like pope JP the 2ND. So I stand corrected 241079 you are right lol And I am Irish republican Catholic guess I going to hell for not recognizing the popes oh well, There's always the anglican church |

Ya a good camera is always good to have, a scanner is even better I have one but for the life of me cant seem to get it to work, |
