1901 Postcard cancelled in London W.C.Reverse side a stamp of Eingegangen with time and date.Have checked in the net but could not find a place called Eingegangen.Only detail about it means translation.Contents of the card from Britain to Germany regarding translation for America.Could the name be a name of a translation company or firm?Any idea opinions on it? Could anyone be able to give me a cv of this card.Thanks.

I believe "Eingegangen is German for arrived. So probably a hand stamp confirming reception of card.
