The Egypt UAR (United Arab Republic) 1959, Coat of Arms, looks like Scott #462 from looking at
eBay. Can't see a mint price there right now though.
Someone on Bidstart.com is selling one for 30 cents MNH (mint never/ not hinged).
The France Coat of Arms (sometimes people just say 'arms' when selling on
eBay or Bidstart, for help searching for it)
France 1958, Scott #902, selling used on Bidstart for 20 cents.
Hint, when searching on auction sites like the above or Delcampe.net (another big one) do not say '#902' but just '902'.
The China (I do not have a Scott catalogue, well , at the library there is one) look like to me, from collecting worldwide years ago, to be minimal value stamps, very common, not worth too much at all in the scheme of things, if that was your concern.
Probably these type of stamps, similar to the France stamp, would be sold on auctions as sets of these, so searching for them might not yield a result just using Scott number or whatever catalogue number you are using, but general descriptions of the design on the stamp, like 'arms' or 'building' (start with the singular and then try the plural).
Maybe to you they have value because someone left them for you or they came from someone special or something of the sort. But a lot of older stamps were printed in the millions and there are sometimes a lot of them out there. You can still sell them of course, if that is your aim or one of your aims, or perhaps trade with others.
Sometimes it is just good to be able to complete sets or certain years. Makes a collector feel good. Sometimes the collectors look for varieties and small differences and special cancellations (postmarks) or many different things.
I do talk a lot at times, please excuse me.
