when things get slow I pull out a plastic tub or shoebox of covers and look for anything unusual...heres an interesting cover with stamps you do not see that often !

I am wondering if all first day covers of #2150a or #2150b ("Zip + 4") might have required the presence of #2150 (or some other regular stamp), since the "Zip + 4" required a precancel permit to use.

I really love the cachet / design of the cover. Wish it would have been on a postal stationery. Then it will fit my exhibit perfectly!
