Stampless Cover 1858/59 Singapore Via Marseilles * London to America

Can anyone ID the rest of the Origin date cancel found on the back of the stampless cover? I enlarged it the best I could but it is hard to make out. It is not clear to begin with. I can read Singapore in the double circle rings but there appears to be other letters after that. Maybe 4 letters or 3. What are they? In the middle of that cancel is the date 14th Nov 18 has to be 58 since the London red cancel has Jan 1859. Can anyone id the handstruck rate marking? Is it American or English? The 45 cent rate mark I think that is American.

Wanted, clear examples of Singapore date cancels around 1858. Also an idea on how scarce this type of cover is. What do you think the value of this cover is considering Asian cancels of this period usually go for premium? Comments welcome, please add any images of further Singapore markings from that era. Especially similar ones. I need more knowledge on this cover. Help appreciated

From the Robson Lowe Encyclopaedia of British Empire Postage Stamps, Volume III, The Empire in Asia:

A rather fuzzy strike of HS26(f)at the Singapore end

Thanks very much Tonym, your right this is exactly the one HS26. Now how about the scarceness? It says commonly used but how many collectors have an example on a cover in their own stampless collection and what is it worth?
