Nice cover.

An interesting side piece to the addressee of the cover, one J.E Guest of Dallas, Texas, who was an Attorney and a Philatelist, with a rather dubious history (at least with the America Philatelic Society) according to this APS timeline:



Here's an example of one of his earlier ads (around 1920) when he was in better standing with the APS:
