Take Me To Your Leader

I found this cover as I was sorting through my Canadian military mail collection and noticed this one particular cover from the U.S. to a Canadian RCAF address that peaked my interested.

The cover was bought from a bulk lot I got some yers ago for military cancels and there is an RCAF "MAIL ROOM" cancel from RCAF Station St. John's as a 'receiver' marking. What caught my eye was the return address, which was from N.I.C.A.P..

I can only imagine that the contents were most likely confidential and possibly pertaining to UFO sighting at the time, in this case 1962 was the year.

The cover is a good 81/2 x 11 so I didn't cother scanning the whole cover.

I also have to wonder how many covers from this agency are in collectors hands? There must be some I am sure.
