Henry Lindenmeyr & Sons is now part of Lindenmeyr & Munroe one of the largest paper merchants in the United States. They were originally located at 33 Bleeker Street in New York

These aren't mine (I just pulled examples off the internet) but show that several companies and publishers seem to have made up their own cachets for this "American Credo" stamp series:

Maximum Cards were mentioned in another recent thread and here's my example of the series of these stamps on a single maximum card (obviously the cancel relates to the latest issued stamp):

This was a very popular series back in the day. Too bad many of us forget some of the quotes from these American Patriots.

The maximum cards are much more attractive than the covers. I posted mine only because it's addressed to a Lehman at Lehman Brothers.

The cover your have was part of a paper promotion for the paper manufacturer; the envelope was converted and manufactured especially for Lindenmeyr for the promotion; it would have included 4-color print samples on various weighted stocks (70# to 110#, if I remember correctly) and different colors and finishes. The other five FDC's would have been on different paper from the same Manufacturer.

I've been retired for a while and I can't seem to remember the names of papers any longer -- oh well.
