Does anyone now what (how) to look-up/find individual yearly US Postal Rates (an on line source) for the years 1940 to 1960, which include 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/Registered, Indemnity Insurance Levels and fees, etc.
Do any SCF have anything similar to post like this 1935 Post Office Schedule? (I find this really helpful in defining rates for the period)
I have a postal book published in the 30's that has the rules and rates. I'll get it out tomorrow. I don't usually collect anything after so I haven't tried to buy a later model. Also you might check google books. They have somethings published(free)that might be of some help.
