Facebook is some of the best free advertising available. At least for now. I believe that the fine forum rules that govern this sites use will keep it a high quality place to exchange philatelic ideas. I sort of like the secret community idea. I'm a contrarian though. I like the way that you (err...I...) can post a noob question to this forum without feeling a lot of chagrin.
If there is a money problem, I'd tolerate a little more nagging about donations.
