That coupon takes me back a bit to when I used to exchange stamps and FDCs with folks around the world. I used to buy a stack and somehow have two left from then. Gosh my daughter was 6 months old at the time.

Tempes fugit - - and we often don't always know where it goes.

I doubt if I have more than 3 IRCs to my name. It is a topic I never really thought much about but I definitely believe it has a place in the philatelic realm.
