There is a seller on StampWants that has nearly 573,000 listings in his/her store. I believe all of them have scans, and most of the material looks to be of good quality. Amazing!

Unfortunately, Poppestamps (out of the Philippines) lists every single issue, mint or used, at $1.00 or more, and every plate block of 4 at $5.00 or more regardless of catalog value. S&H, at $4.00 is probably reasonable from the PI to the U.S.

I'm a firm believer in a person charging what he or she wants for their stock, so if they're selling at that price I'm proud for them. What aggravates me, though, is that there is no way I would every buy at that price, and I have to wade through all of their listings to find an item at a reasonable price.

Am I the only one that finds this strange?

Ja, I have come across this seller and it is indeed a pain to go through all his $1 listings. I noticed that he has sold only 5057 items--with all his listings that's not many! I like Stampwants, and Poppestamps has everything you ever wanted- but the price is way to high!

Well we can not find fault with his work ethic...and if he finds a few people to pay a dollar for what I would charge 7 cents ..for..theres a big market out there..i have to keep that in mind on eBay.. I am competing against millions of people when I bid !

What is frustrating, is when you do an advanced search by country,
all of his listings come up... I get so disgusted, taht I just log off the site

While nearly 572,636 shows on the store page, a search by this seller's username turns up only 98,407 listings, or less than 20% of that. Why the huge discrepancy?
