I am looking to id this block of 4 Washington 2cent stamps with a pre-cancel on each of Chicago Illinois. The perfs on the side measures 10 1/2 and the top is hard for me to tell. What Scott # would this be and any idea on potential value? Thanks!
This is Scott # 634. The Chicago precancel does not come on any of the scarce Scott #'s. Value for the block is under 0.05 - very common. Some precancels are quite valuable, so keep posting - we will evaluate.
