Could a member please let me know in which recent The American Revenuer the article "In Search of the Bureau Perforated Series of 1934 Red Bottle Stamps" by Ronald E. Lesher was written in along with volume, number, date, page numbers, etc. Thanks.

I don't see the article referenced in the Riley Index located here:

So presumably it was after 1997.
