Hi guys

Here are a few stamps I'm having trouble identifying. Even the country would help.

Thanks Dianne

Thanks I thought # 6 was Korean but didn't have a clue on the others. If it helps the first two letters on #1 are PO, cant' read any of the other. Thought it could be Poland but couldn't confirm

Dianne, your first stamp looks like a masterpiece! It's a Belgian stamp depicting Leopold I. I think this is one of the medallion issues of 1849 or 1851 (designed by Ch. Baugniet and engraved by J.H. Robinson), but I'm not too sure as the image is too small. Could you please post a larger pic so we can all appreciate it?

Hello Dianne....

#1 is from Belgium....depending on the watermark it is either #1, #3 or #6
The watermark on #1+3 are two script "L's" with a square frame outline....#6 is the same without the frame.

At the top of the stamp it reads "postage".

Values....#1...$100.00.....#3..$100.00........#6..$8.50

Tom

amitvyas03 is correct.

#2 is Austria Scott #P17 10 heller carmine, newspaper stamp, imperforate, issued in 1908 CV 0.30

Wow, nice teamwork on identifying these! Thank you everyone!
