Help Identifying Stamps

When I get home I'll post a larger picture. I'm at work now. Funny thing is I was working on Belgian stamps this weekend and didn't catch this one. Don't have a watermark detector yet it's on my list of things to get soon.

I kinda thought # 2 would be from Austria because of the hat but couldn't find it anywhere.

Thanks a lot guys Maybe someday I'll be that smart. I guess I had better invest in some Scott's catalogues.

I managed to Identify about 4,000 stamps so far these and I think 3 others are the only ones I couldn't find.
