We have recently obtained a 1930's stamp vending machine by Advance vending machine company that has a cluster of 4 1938 washington jade 1 cent stamps, its in bad shape as far as paint and finish and has no key. it still has a very faded 5 cent decal on the bottom. My question is...can anyone tell me if decals can be re-made for these by a company now a days?? all the gold paint is gone and we just want to restore to keep for ourselves. any help is much appreciated. I will attempt to load a pic (the only pic)I found on the internet

Restoration can reduce the value of an antique or artifact. I suggest you think about that - and maybe just leave it as it is.

coastie, welcome to Stamp Community Family!

You may need to post your question in one of the forums in General Philatelic Discussions so more people will see it.
