Ziggy:

Glad you got them. I'm sure it will help the lads out with their merit badge.

We have two stamp collecting badges, in our programme. The 11-14 year-old boys (Explorer Scouts) earn the "Stamp Collecting Queen's Proficiency Badge". The 14-17 year-old boys (Senior Scouts) earn the "Philatelist Queen's Proficiency Badge".

When I was a Boy Scout Roundtable Commissioner, with the BSA, in Texas; I helped to teach the Stamp Collecting Badge.

I'm putting another packet together for you, with some stamps featuring the topics and countries that the boys (Ziggy 9.1, thus far) have expressed an interest in.

Cheers!

David
