My guess...i don't collect this, but per Scott Cat, it is BC5A booklet, 25c green, green... perhaps scott BK75. Worth about 65$. Wait for confirmation by someone else.

They do not all have them, but only a specialist would care. So you might get a little premiium if you found the right person, but you could wait a long time to find the right person.
