Only thing I can help you with is that little star on the five center. It is either the mark of a dealer or the mark of a collector. Back in the good old days folks were not as picky about the back as they are now and for security reasons they would mark their stamps. In the fifties this was done by collectors in Europe when they sold their duplicates in circuit books.
