I agree it is a #26.
It's possible the stamp is a 26A. But I don't trust my eyes to judge the quality of that frame line. If that right frame line is nice and straight, it's a #26.

Close but no cigar. The stamp is a bottom row #26 and appears to be cancelled on February 28th of a leap year.

Edit: Close to a 26A, that is. Still a decent cover...
