Hello, I have an interesting stamp to buy, but I donīt know if this could happens on this stamp (may be #68). Some one could tel me if is possible this stamp be printed and cutted in this way? Sorry but I dont have better image to post, because this is the picture posted buy the seller.

What you have is the top left stamp of the right pane of a misperforated sheet. Not common nor rare. Stamps like this are not misperforated enough to be a freak which is collectable, just poorly centered.

$25 is too much, probably a $10 stamp IMO. It's from the top row of the sheet but, as wtcrowe said (And he is an expert), it's merely badly centered. Also looking at the TR corner shows some wrinkling which would probably show in fluid.

I would pass on it. A nice #68 can be had for well under $100 and is one of the only affordable (Under $200) higher value early classics.
